John Timmons, President & CEO

Mr. Timmons is a seasoned mining executive having worked with Guyana Goldfields for 16 years and was instrumental in the development of the company from initial exploration to production. He has held various senior corporate and operational roles including Corporate Manager and Risk Manager/Head of Security for the Aurora Mine in Guyana. He was also Corporate Secretary and General Manager of Goldstone Resources prior to the sale to Premier Gold Mines.

Mr. Timmons is a graduate of the York University Risk Management program and is an accredited director (Acc. Dir.). He has completed the Osgoode Hall Mining Law Certificate program, Osgoode Hall Securities Law program and completed post-graduate law courses in Governance and Syndicated Loans at the University of London (U.K.).

Tim Twomey, QP, Consulting Geologist

Mr. Twomey is a professional geologist with over 36 years of exploration, production and management experience. He brings a track record that includes playing a key role in Goldcorp’s “High-Grade Zone” discovery, development and production at Red Lake and was a key part of the team at Goldcorp that compiled data and then targeted gold mineralization from lake Winnipeg to east of Pickle Lake. It is an unparalleled mining success and is regarded as the highest-grade gold mine in the world. Mr. Twomey has also previously worked with Premier Gold Mines Ltd, Yamana Gold Inc., and Mega Precious Metals, all of whom have or have had significant gold exploration projects in the Red Lake Camp.

Trevor Boyd, QP

Trevor Boyd is a professional geological with over 30 years experience in the mining industry working with both private and public exploration companies with projects in North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Trevor holds a Doctorate in geology from the University of Toronto, and a M.Sc. (applied) Minex degree from McGill University. He works as a self-employed consultant with an affiliation with consulting group Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience. Mr. Boyd is a member of the Association of Professional Geologists of Ontario and the Northwest Territories and the Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists. He has previously instructed in economic geology, structural geology and mineralogy at York University. He is a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101 and a Director of Labrador Gold Corp.
